Billy Chan is a MEng student in Computing & Software at McMaster University. He holds a BEng degree in Information Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong. Billy has hands-on industry experience in mobile application development, working with various frameworks and design patterns. Currently, he is focusing on RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-based LLM(Large Language Model) and Agentic AI applications.
